WELCOME TO THE HOME OF THE ECHUCA MOAMA TRIATHLON CLUB
Late 2022 we had unprecedented flooding in the area, and in late 2023 we had moderate flood levels again which has again impacted access to our venue on the river for our Junior Triathlon, however we have brought back the popular DUATHLON format again this year!
Consisting of a short run, followed by an OFF ROAD / gravel surface bike and finishing with a longer run.
There are two different distances on offer:
RACE OPTIONS & DISTANCES:
SHORT COURSE: 7-10years: 100m run | 3km bike | 400m run
LONG COURSE: 11-14years: 200m run | 6km bike | 800m run

Standard Price: $39 from Wednesday 6 December 2023
Late Entry Price: $44 from Wednesday 10 January 2024
* + booking fee/admin fees & One Day Race Licence of $2 for non AusTriathlon Members

With the amazing uptake across all our events we now only have 20 ON THE DAY Event Merchandise towels left to allocate!
We thought we ordered PLENTY but could not have anticipated the number of entries we have received this year!

Once the next 20 entries are taken (across all events), the entries will then incur a +$10 fee and
your event merchandise towel will be MAILED to you post event.

COURSE MAP & DETAILS
SHORT COURSE: 7-10yrs 100m/3km/400m
LONG COURSE: 11-14yrs 200m/6km/800m
RUN 1: 100m out and back short course, 200m out and back long course.
BIKE: 3km Bike Loop: 1 lap for short course, 2 laps for long course.
RUN 2: 400m Run Loop: 1 lap for short course, 2 laps long course.

INSURANCE COVERAGE
AusTriathlon membership is NOT included in these prices. It is mandatory to have a AusTriathlon membership to participate in our events. If you are not a AusTriathlon member, one day memberships are available in our registration system at the following costs. Junior Duathlon: $2.00, Supersprint: $3.50, Sprint Distance: $10.00, Swim Events $1.00
If you are entering as a TEAM, all members need to be AusTriathlon Members, otherwise a One Day Licence will be added to the entry fee. Similarly, if no team member is a AusTriathlon Member, only one ODL is added to the team.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All entry fees listed above do not include Online Registration & System Booking Fee - this is on top of the entry fee.
A price increase will take effect from 8 January 2024 on all entries as advertised.
REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
All requests for refunds or transfers must be made in writing by emailing echucamoamatriclub@gmail.com
The following fees will be applied to cancellations:
1. A 10% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw before 31/12/23
2. A 20% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw between 1/1/24 and the 15/1/24
3. No refunds will be available after 15/1/24 (unless part of our contingency plan)
4. Entries are transferable if required to our 2025 Event. A request for a transfer must be in writing by emailing echucamoamatriclub@gmail.com by 15/01/24
